Ever since I started blogging I've gone by the name Jet. But Jet is not really my name. It's my intials. My family and super close childhood friends call me Jet, but pretty much everyone else on the planet (that knows me) calls me Jessica. Jessica is my real first name and I'm not sure why I didn't just use that in the first place way back when I started blogging.
I guess is has something to do with my paranoid brain thinking I needed to protect my identity from blog stalkers, robbers, and murderers. But I felt like I was fake blogging the whole time. Like people weren't really getting to know me for real.
My favorite types of blogs are lifestyle blogs. I can't get enough of them. I love virtually getting to know someone via their blog and feeling like they're my homie from 4th grade. I know it sounds silly, but I want my readers to feel the same way about me. And by going by Jet I'm not being authentic. I'm not being real.

So hello. I'd like to introduce myself again to this here blog world. My name is Jessica. You can call me Jess, Jet, or Jessica. Just never call me Jessie. I hate that. This is my 8243723 time trying to successfully write a blog.
I started a few in college, but never went through with them. Then when I moved back home after college I started Moscato Villa. I had it going for quite some time and then I just stopped. Stopped for 8 months to be exact. See my last blog post down there? Chyeahhhh. 8 months.
During that 8 months I attempted another blog, but threw that one out the window too. So now here I am back at Moscato Villa. Hoping it sticks this time. I'm optimistic.
A lot has changed in my life since I started my blog a year or two ago and I'm so excited to share those changes with y'all!
