JT hooked me up with the best surprise Christmas present this year...we're heading to Dallas in May to see Kenny Chesney and Eli Young Band in concert! SO Stoked!! Great minds think alike though, because I got him concert tickets too! We're going to see the Wailers in Solana Beach in February. All in all I made out pretty good this year...best part was just hanging with the family and watching our neices and nephew open presents. They were so excited that Santa came and had such a good time unwrapping their mound of presents. Oh, and they both LOVED the shoes I bought them. (best Auntie ever? I think so)
So it's a short week back at work for me and then we're off to go camping tomorrow through Sunday. Still debating if I'm actually going to go, just because I already had so many days off work..but I can't resist a mini vacay this time of year. It's like wrong if you work through the holidays right? Then we're headed to Scottsdale on Monday for New Year's Eve. I think we're staying at some hotel and then going out to a club or another hotel to do the whole countdown deal...What am I going to wear?! I haven't gone out for New Year's since I was in college so I'll a little stumped in the wardrobe department. I might have to hit up a store today and see if there's any good deals out there for some sort of sparkly something or other.
